UCLA Writers' Fair

This just in from IWOSC:

Join IWOSC on Sunday, September 9, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
on the UCLA campus for the annual Writers Faire, a festive
and enlightening day of free programs on the art and craft
of writing, sponsored by the UCLA Extension Writers'
Program.

IWOSC is one of only twenty specially selected
organizations invited to participate.

Here are some highlights:

* Hear from more than 70 creative writers and screenwriters
as they share their expertise and tips in 24 unique mini-
classes.
* Enroll in most Writers' Program fall courses at a 10
percent discount.
* Get one-on-one advice on courses and certificate programs.
* Attend a special session on graduate programs in creative
writing.
* Talk to representatives from 20 community and
professional organizations, graduate writing programs, and
writing-allied businesses.
